We appreciate Maidpro because no matter what is going on, they will have someone come out to perform the contracted service. The few occasions we haven't been thrilled with our clean, they've offered to have it remediated right away. You end up on a bit of a rotation with the same people showing up for a while and then it can switch suddenly as their staff changes over but the quality is consistent overall.
