Customer service and treatment of their employees. The owner is the equivalent of a slum lord and overseer. Shame on him for speaking to people in such a way, threatening vulnerable women. I will not be supporting a business like that. There are other cleaning services who treat people with respect.
Can’t believe this company is being represented by someone who would berate a mother with a sick child. Kurt is a horrible representation of what any company should stand for. Absolutely disgusting.

Kurt is rude and disrespectful to his employees. The world is in the middle of a pandemic and everyone is trying. who fires a mother because her baby is sick and threaten legal action cause he has "shit" going on too.
Kurt fired an employee that had a 4 month old baby who possibly had Covid claiming she was a no call no show . After she provided him with proof that she had called 2 different work numbers and left a voicemail on one. Then harassed her about equipment that she was not withholding . THEN proceeded to call and leave a very UNPROFESSIONAL voicemail claiming his business comes before her, the safety of his other employees, and potential customers. Voicemail in the comments!
