Multiple issues, with the only resolution being a discount on future cleanings. The excuses given by the cleaners were not acceptable. 3 people x 3 hours = 9 hours of cleaning, and that just wasn't possible. I had pictures of the issues, and they even disputed some of those. They also stated they were there from 9:30- 12:30, but I got a phone call at 10am that morning asking if they were at the right house. Interesting. I was charged for services that were incomplete over two months ago . I have made several attempts to contact the owner to resolve the issue and he still nothing . Would not recommend this cleaning company .
Update: My Pro left several months ago and the service has not been the same since. 2 people and there are still areas left uncleaned. When I sent a message to the owner to point it out, he was very nice, but the next month, the exact same areas were still not cleaned.
