RecommendedWorst experience for my mother in law. Absolutely horrible!! Horrible all around!! Beware!!
I was extremely disappointed in my first time clean. There were piles of dust remaining on shelves. Carpets were not vacuumed thoroughly. Bathroom had dust bunnies around corners. Kitchen stove had crumbs still on it. Three mason jars containing things in kitchen counter not moved. Dust and grime behind them still in place. Bed room furniture not dusted in all locations and where dusted the furniture was left with a gritty feeling that I will have to re clean. I have NEVER heard a good real review about maid pro. Ever. Dispute the charge thru your bank, service not preformed. & definitely provide your negative feed back on here and on google!!! Rate them a zero and list exact location & managers name if you have it ! Small cleaning companies are the way to go for a REAL clean. I had a cleaning business for two and half years when my daughter was a baby. I was born and raised in Baltimore County and don't know what you mean by "corporate" other than that I am licensed, bonded and insured in the state of Maryland and my staff is full fledged employees with taxes and insurance paid. I called to make an appointment for a move out clean and told them we would probably still be moving and was told that's fine as long as it wasn't another vendor. Maids show up and refuse to clean because the house isn't empty. I say, just do the kitchen and bathroom and then most of the stuff will be gone after that. So they start but the office calls me and tells me they're cancelling my appointment and refuses to do anything to help me. If I could give them zero stars I would. The girls that came were sweet & hard working!! That's where it stops. The office reads from a script,nothing is resolved, that don't train they way they need to be trained. Never any consistency. The employees leave the company all the time.
Don't dare to question their billing practices, or else they will decide that your preferred service provider is no longer available to clean your home and will fire you as a customer.
