Hired to do an apartment clean bi-monthly. First appointment was scheduled for June 17, 2022 between 1-3 pm. It was a no-show with no communication received as to why no one came. I'll look for another service.

Hi Michelle, We are so sorry this happened. The cleaning Pro did arrive and was unable to find the lock box with the key in it. She contacted the office to let us know, but her prior cleans had ran late and no one was in the office to notify you until the next business day. Once again we are very sorry and would like to make this right and get the lock box situation resolved.
