They were wonderful until a woman from AZ purchased the business then relocated it to Plantsville from a more central location. I gave her more than a year but she would not guarantee the same cleaners every cleaning. After numerous different cleaners some very good but more missing way too much (even with their own checklist) all though my key was given back to me when I went to their office I changed the locks. Shop around
