I don’t like to post negative online reviews, but my experience was dismal. This was a classic “bait and switch” routine. My first clean was awesome - two people who did an amazing job. I wrote a rave review. I gave it eight more weeks/four cleans. I never had the same person, cleans were marginal, once I had a no show, the office was completely out of touch, and staff insulted me by inferring I’d try to “make” them do more than I was contracted to do.
