MaidPro of Gaylord has been in business since 2008 and was purchased by Jeff & Becky Swoboda in November of 2015. Seeing the opportunity to serve a larger client base (all of Northern Michigan), they purchased the Traverse City office in June of 2017. They purchased the businesses because they truly believe in providing excellent service by performing the tasks that allow our customers more time to enjoy the things they cherish in life.

I've been working with MaidPro for several years and have always been thrilled with the work. Ashley especially has been an amazing professional to work with--thorough attention to detail, and her sense of fun and whimsy with arranging and straightening bring a smile every time I come home. She is a real gem!!
Update: Beware, they add hidden fees to your cleaning bill each time in hopes you won’t notice it!! After each clean, they automatically charge your credit and DO NOT send invoices. When I requested invoices, I discovered a $25 travel fee added to each clean. I was never informed of this fee and although they acknowledged that I wasn’t informed, they failed to refund me. Nikki always does an amazing job! She takes great pride in her work and always goes above and beyond. I’ve tried other cleaning services but Maidpro has cleaning perfected. Highly recommend their services.
Abby does an excellent job of cleaning our home. She asks for feedback and is happy to work on anything that needs to be done. The house always sparkles when she’s done. Anytime I call the office, I am helped immediately and I feel like my business is appreciated.
