I'm extremely happy with Elia's cleaning of my house. She pays attention to details and is a true professional. For example, I have a cat and my carpeting had build-up of kitty fuzz from prior cleanings by others which she thoroughly vacuumed for me, no problem. What a difference! I want Elia to be my regular MaidPro cleaning pro every time.

Asked for a quote and had amazing customer service by Kyle as he guided me through the process of being a first time customer. He was amazing and won my business. About a week later had a team of two gals come out to deep clean my home. As Sweet as they were, the cleaning was terrible. I called the manager and sent pictures and the manager was incredible about handling the situation. They sent out Ana, gal with “seniority” the very next morning who spent twice as long in the house and made sure that every single nook and ... read more
The last cleaning I had done was very very thorough. It was last Tuesday and the girls were running late from a previous cleaning. Instead of rushing through my house to get done and go home ...they spent longer than normal and cleaned my house from top to bottom. It was the best cleaning anyone one has done ever from MaidPro thus far. The cleaning girls I had were Ameerah and Carolyn (I think itsCarolyn. It’s hard to read name on card.).
