I haven't used their services since I don't live in NV. I can vouch for the owner Greg. He does his work with the highest integrity and the greatest attention to detail. He will go above and beyond to ensure his customers are taken care of.

The receptionist took my info, scheduled my service. Didn’t bother to mention that 3 hours actually means 1 1/2 hours with two people. So, when I said to clean for three hours, they stopped after 1 1/2 hours. Did I mention that they showed up 2 hours early, and had my real estate agent let them in? Did I mention that they could only get half the house done when they only stay half the time? They had 2 people cleaning for 5.5 hours and never finished my home. They only had to do one bedroom and kitchen, baths. They tried to get me to approve more time for more money. They charged me 250 dollars for an unfinished job. What they did clean was not good at all… awful

I had the service for about 3 months. Was asked if a trainee was okay to clean of course I said yes no problem. Then apparently someone was sick and could not clean my house for a week after my normal service with no compensation whatsoever. It has now been nearly 3 weeks since I have cancelled the service and I do not have my key back. I called to complain and basically I'm getting the runaround. I still have yet to see my key and may have to now change my locks I would never recommend the service to anyone. I have complain... read more
