I have had no less than 5 cleaning people in as many years and I had MaidPro for the first time today. I can honestly say that I have never had a cleaner house. I left some "sneaky areas" and they found and cleaned ALL of them. Our house smells fresh and clean without smelling like a cleaner or Pine-Sol and I couldn't be any more pleased!!! FIVE STARS!!!!
They charged $287 to clean my house and it was still so dirty when I got home I literally asked my husband if they had even been there to clean. I took several pictures of the things that had been missed and because this wasn’t the first time and because it was one room or a couple things missed it was as if the whole house had not been cleaned I asked for a refund not their “recleaning with pros” that they offered me. Since I moved into my home a year and a half ago, I have been wanting to get it professionally deep cleaned so that I wouldn't have to do it myself and because I knew if it was done professionally, it would be cleaned good and right. I never review or post but felt I had to after our experience. Absolutely horrified by our experience with maidpro. We hired them to clean our completely empty new home we purchased before we moved everything in. I asked for the deepest clean they had and I wanted everything cleaned top to bottom. To say that I’m absolutely enraged after dealing with MaidPro Springfield for the last week is an understatement.
