***** came on time to clean my apartment and she was absolutely AMAZING & just PROFESSIONAL and AWESOME to be around and work with. She understood I have spine and shoulder health conditions which limits what I can do right now and she was very empathetic & made me as comfortable as possible. She gave me some wonderful tips on how to organize to maximize my space which is not that big. I recently used MaidPro and during my first cleaning service some items were missed. I contacted MaidPro and they sent out ******** the very next morning and she completed all of the missed items. La-***** did a wonderful job, she was prompt and listened to my concerns and did a beautiful job cleaning. I would like to request ******** for any future cleanings.

I was quoted a time between 11am-4pm for my service. ********, ******, and **** showed up to my apartment promptly at 11am. Their demeanor was extremely professional and kind, they made sure I understood everything in the contract and did not hesitate to thoroughly answer any questions I had. When I returned, my apartment looked amazing! I am tremendously satisfied with their service and will be asking for them by name if I need to use MaidPro again. 5 stars, fantastic job!
