Brianne and Danyeille have cleaned our house several times have done a great job. Our last cleaning was exceptional and very professional. We highly recommend them

If 0 stars was an option. Each of the 3 times they have cleaned my house it has been very disappointing. They broke my blinds once, they sweep/mop around chairs etc and the skip rooms and say they did them. It doesn’t even look or feel cleaned other than the checklist of lies they leave. Seriously so bad.
At first the service was great. Then they started sending new employees and the service went downhill after that. Such a shame. I wound up canceling and was asked why then was followed with okclick. Had friends that were looking for a service and after speaking with them they changed gears.
If you want to have a job completed satisfactorily and not have to be on their ***** and make sure everything is done that you paid for, GO ELSEWHERE. Overpriced, rushed work, and try to get away with doing less than what is expected. Upon an initial quick look through, I thought the girls did great. Upon looking a little more closely at everything, I realized a couple of things were missed. Including the stove and refrigerator that I paid over $30 extra each to have them deep clean. I've been hiring cleaning people for at least 30 years. I have had the worst experience in my lifetime working with these people. I have a 1600 square typical ranch home with three beds and two baths. These people charged me $400 for a "deep" cleaning. Our house looked the same when they left although they did mop the floor and take out the trash. I have no idea what they did in the bathrooms or bedrooms. On 12/09/2020, 3 maids came to my vacant residence for 5 hours worth of labor for a move-out cleaning. After 90 min they left and the only things completed in the house were 2.5 bathrooms, all of the rooms (except 1 walk in closet) were vacuumed, and the fans were dusted. None of the baseboards or blinds were ever touched. The cabinets in the kitchen were never touched and all of the tile flooring downstairs was never mopped.
