We really appreciate Ahnna and Chris cleaning for us today! The house looks great and smells clean! They even had time for the extras of cleaning the ceiling fans and putting extra effort into one of our showers. Thank you!

Paid for a whole home cleaning. Paid extra for the oven and refrigerator and the whole of the kitchen. There was thick dust on top of the refrigerator, in every cabinet, and on top of the microwave. A lot of these parts were very clearly untouched. I took pictures and sent the pictures to Maidpro. They agreed to send another team to come clean. What started off with great consistent cleanings, having a pretty consistent cleaning team for almost a year. It has DRASTICALLY changed for the last 5 months. I have had different strangers in my house every month, and either things not cleaned or stated as “cleaned” but not. Then the last straw was when I sent pictures of all the items not cleaned, and was basically called a liar. I was getting cleanings the same time every month. Have had maidpro for over 2 months now and finally cancelled the service this am. Had a cleaning team that we were very satisfied with and a new one showed up this morning without any advance notice. At that time I cancelled the service. Have no problem with the job they have done, just don't want a new set of strangers in my house every time.
