Honestly not sure if they are EVER in the office! The appointment line is always offline (I guess they take lunch for 2 hours? and you can't leave a message?), the online scheduling tool never seems to work, and it's just generally impossible to get in touch with the office. Very frustrating!

My experience at this Exton office is always great from the moment I walk in the door. The staff is very pleasant and the wait is not too long. I appreciate Dr. Wheeler’s proactive approach to my health care. She is very thorough, knowledgeable, and explains medical concepts very well.

My doctor did not show me what she was looking at on the screen and told me I’ll need to come back in 14 days. I didn’t even receive a copy of my ultrasound image or get my urine or blood tested for hcg levels. I have requested a copy of my image and am currently waiting.
I’ve had too many bad experiences in the last 8 months to fit in this box. Left in hot room once, concerns not addressed several times, rude front desk, and scheduling nightmares. OH and today I went to use the restroom and the toilet seat had broken off and I almost fell so it’s not even a physically safe environment. Total nightmare.
