Great Location and Management The building is quiet but near many cafes and awesome restaurants. It's within a 30-second walk of public transportation including buses, elevated trains and Metra. The grounds are well maintained and management is quick to address any issue. My unit also has a great view of the lake and Chicago skyline!
Verified Renter Unfortunately, I would not feel comfortable recommending Main Station Apartments at this time. Since moving in four months ago, I have experienced recurring plumbing issues, including multiple shower clogs and a kitchen sink clog that left the kitchen nonfunctional for over a week. There have also been ongoing concerns related to cigarette smoke entering the unit, as well as inconsistent communication regarding maintenance timelines. apathy I'm already a tenant and willing to extend for one more year. It is impossible to reach to TLC management to discuss an issue in the leasing. I sent them messages, e-mails, voice records but did get any reply. They want tenants to pay a fee about the internet even if they have already a contract from internet provider. Tenants should be free to use internet from TLC management. If they do not want internet, this extra fee for the internet should be removed from the lease.
