The receptionist are so nasty. They act like you are awful for calling to get a prescription refilled. I went back and forth with them just to have it sent to CVS and the nasty old lady at the front told me i should know why I had a missed call from their office because “they leave messages” when I said I didn’t have one, she said “well they left one” and proceeded to talk over me. If you asked me a few weeks ago, I would have recommended the practice. My dog Atticus was a patient here his entire life. Always got good care from Drs Warren and Hakkinen. Two weeks ago, I rushed him to VSEC/Blue Pearl as he had sudden paralysis. I chose to put him down since the prognosis even with surgery was bleak. I called Main Street the day after euthanasia to let them know of his death plus I'm quite sure Blue Pearl notified them.
