Nice place and friendly staff. Was charged for plate and tags when I should not have been. Went into Tag office and they said the dealer should refund me, but it would cost just as much in fuel to go in to attempt to get a refund, that is the reason for the 4 star rating.

Our customer experience was really GOOD. Derrick was very hospitable & we appreciate that. Thank you Jordan for being informative & knowledgeable about the financing. The finance department understood the assignment & completed the assignment & we were able to purchase our 1st truck for our business. We would have given 5 stars but the only factor we disliked is being @ the lot for 4.5 hrs :-( But overall customer service was top notch hands down. I was welcomed with a quick appointment, knowledgeable and friendly service at checkin, and rapid and professional repairs of my vehicle!
