Over my lifetime, I've dealt with numerous dealers, both Ford and otherwise. I've bought my last two Fords from Mall of Georgia Ford and they've been great to work with. Recently, I had a transmission leak on my 2019 Taurus. There are several Ford dealers closer to my house than MOG Ford, but none of them seemed interested in helping me with my transmission issue.
