The service dept is first rate. Steven Wildly has been great. I call for an appointment, they do the work wright away so I don't have to make two trips. Trued to buy a 2020 Edge a few.weeks back. Not so good, the salesman was very hard to understand and new very little about the car offered. I written price that was filled with a bunch of additional charges. We bought a Mazda the next day.

Located vehicle I wanted on line. Within minutes sales dept. contacted me. Salesman was not pushy and met him the next day. He was very patient and informative. Finance Department was also excellent. Overall a great experience.
