The service dept took good care of me in replacing my clutch. I wish Ford could make clutches that last but mall of ga Ford did everything they could to make the experience easy for me.

The staff were friendly and extremely helpful. I didn’t have an appointment but they worked me in and when they knew my car couldn’t be fixed the same day they provided me with a loaner.

Overall good experience. Oil change took awhile but service rep super apologetic and found a discount for me. It was much appreciated and I was able to get a lot of my computer work accomplished with great WiFi and seating covid compliant.

Since day one they have been professional helpful they have installed a completely new engine at no charge under warranty it is now perfect. This is the only dealership I have ever has acted with this level of quality service. My next car will be purchased from Mall of Georgia ford

Everyone at the Mall Of Georgia Ford is about maintaining the utmost in Customer Service which is extremely important to ME because I have been in sales based Customer Service for 30 years that is why I am a repeat customer starting from 2013 , the sales managers , finance team and the service manager and agents are all top notch in the caring for the customer and that is why I will always be a customer!!
