5 Star : My Experience Ernie was simply the best, 10 out of 10. He kept me well informed via either a phone call or email on the status of my vehicle while being repaired. He also handled, but kept me in the loop, on all communications with the insurance company directly so that I could focus on my job. 0 Star : My Experience Ernie was fantastic. Very professional kept me updated with the repair of the truck. He gets 10/10. They had it just over a month and always kept me updated which was greatly appreciated. My only complaint was after I picked up my truck and driving home I noticed LOTS of overspray on the windshield then when I got home felt overspray all over the hood and on multiple body panels.
