Reason for 3 star applies to all new car dealerships, lower your used prices. Generally eager sales guy, inexperience showed and not up to date with the paperwork. Two hours of waiting burned. Discount ? The vehicle is in good condition and lower mileage which met our requirements, added extra warranty on the expensive electronics covered.
The overall experience of purchasing a new vehicle was great. Shaun found tge perfect replacement vehicle as i was trading in my 12 year old Escape. I have been using their service department for years and it is outstanding.
He was a fantastic salesperson to deal with. . made the experience so easy ! Definitely going back to see him in 2 years if he is there .. I hope he got his 200.00 bonus for telling us to see how big the trunk was by us getting in it that his mgr told him about :)
