Nice sales staff. I can share that using a dealership can be challenging, however they made the purchase less painful. Detail shop needs some attention to support delivery.

I recently purchase my second F150 from Mall of Ga Ford. Both times were very easy and enjoyable. My only beef with them is that my latest purchase had a deep scratch on the front bumper which they agree to fix. All they did was apply touch up paint on the deep scratch. Now I have to look at this flaw every time I walk up to it. I’d expect a better finish x for the price I paid for the truck.
We were out-of-state traveling, and they were very helpful to work with her schedule and give us a loaner car and get it fixed as quickly as possible. In addition somehow my cell phone got missed placed, but about three weeks later, it turned up and they FedEx it to me.
