I've moved around the country frequently and my recent office visit is the best dental experience I've had by far. The facility is immaculately clean, well decorated and provides nice little amenities (like Keurig coffee and bottled water). Every single staff member exhibited positive energy and sincere friendliness. When I first called your office, I asked if you participated with my insurance. Either I was given incorrect answer or I misunderstood. I cannot afford a non-participating dentist. Sorry to leave.
Dr. Poupore could be kinder. I will not make another appointment here. Dentists need to understand that not everyone can spend $300 when they don’t have insurance. Money is not expendable for ALL.
My cleaning went well with Kristy ( I think that's her name ), but it was not as thorough as in the past. I was very disappointed to find out that Monica is no longer with you! It will take a while to match her efficiency and personality.
Some confusion remains on the accounting and billing. There is no recap of credits and debits to show your accounting history.
