I had an appointment with the hygienist yesterday and was understandably nervous about being there. The outer office staff did a fantastic job of reassuring me and Krissy (hygienist) took the time to explain exactly what she would be doing to keep me safe. The addition of the air purifier was an added bonus and I was finally able to relax. Chase was very impressed with how friendly the staff and Dr. Poupore was. He had nothing but great things to say about his visit and how he was treated. He was extremely happy that we made the move over to your office!
One of my caps fell off in Jamaica. Upon return contacted Dr Poupore's office and received an appointment the next day. Kevin glued it back on and I went on my way. Thank you for the quick appointment by staff to resolve the issue before any new problems came up.
