Had an appointment with Alex at 6 pm. I came fifteen minutes early and the Secretary sat me down. Two minutes before six Alex began a new haircut with a new customer after finishing his previous cut. The Secretary did not even let me know he was running late and chose to let me sit there thinking my appointment for six was still on. Needless to say I left and will not be coming back. Very disappointed we paid $38 for a haircut for my son and was the worst haircut possible. They didn't blend in haircut left him patches throughout and called it a great haircut. We asked for a mid drop fade and got a butchered haircut.
I've been a customer (w my special needs adult son) since this location opened. This is a premium barber service and I've been happy with the exception of scheduling hair cut appointments. The last three times calling and using the web app to schedule back to back hair cuts and beard trims for both my son an I have been entered incorrectly by the front desk and the web. Had high hopes for finding an upscale barbershop as I had just moved to the are. Got a cut from Larissa; fewer than 5 words were exchanged the entire time while she cut it so high and tight I look like I'm joining the military. Shaved my neck and left me covered in shaving cream even after she wiped me, so I had to take the towel myself and clean off after I had paid and realized it. Felt very unwelcome. Wont be back, will tell my friends.
**HONEST REVIEW**Clean environment and there are some great barbers there but conversely there are poor barbers as well. I've experienced both. Alex is an EXCELLENT barber with poor communication skills and an attitude to match. I was thrown out of his chair when attempting to explain a different way I preferred to have my haircut. Stay away! The bald guy who cuts hair there is an idiot. He took half my kids eyebrow off during the hair cut and didn't mention it. Then I noticed when I got outside went back in and he tried to say oh maybe he moved that's how it happened. Stay away. Over priced haircuts. Total gimmick. They bait you in with free beer and then charge you $30 for a kids cut and mess it up. Never again. Not even an apology from the barber. He needs to be fired.
