I specifically want to leave a review for Krista, she has been so so helpful as I've been looking for apartments at Manchester West and McKinley more generally. I can't sing her praises enough, she has been going above and beyond and being so friendly while doing it. She has amazing customer service skills and deserves any promotions coming her way!
Matt and Ashely were the best and most kindest people I have ever met. Very funny helpful.
They outsource application review to a third party AI service, wasted 10 days talking with their chat bot providing detailed income information before deciding to cancel my application. Was approved within 24 hours at a much nicer and more expensive apartment. Don’t waste your time here
Matt Ashley Dustin and Krista as well as gage are awsome and super helpful moving in this weekend These guys are great and super friendly wouldn’t want to live anywhere else
These apartments smell like smoke, and the walls are really thin so you can always hear your neighbors. Ashlay and the old man that work with her are very rude and unprofessional. Rent elsewhere!
