They were on-time and kept me informed of repair needed, part ordered, etc. Even though they were contracted by the warranty company, they communicated directly with me and did their best to get our furnace back up and running ASAP. Nice folks from the techs to dispatchers to the owner's Mom, who followed up with me after-hours!
