I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident CNAs speak hateful to the residents. My husband told be that a CNA spoke very hateful to him when he was needing to go to the restroom. CNAs don’t answer the Call Light even when I pulled the Call Light in the bathroom to get assistance for my husband, no one came in to help us. This is a potential issue for fall related injuries. One nurse I corrected put eye drops in the wrong eye. I told her she put them in the wrong eye. She acted like it was nothing. Never apologized.

I am/was a resident of this facility The food is always cold. The employees fight each other and the police were called. Some employees act, respond rudely when you ask questions. They do not answer the phone. I believe every patient is diagnosed with COVID.

I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident My grandmother is in there right now after a surgery on her hip. They seem to be understaffed and/or too lazy to help. When I walked in all 4 nurses in her area were playing on their phones rather than helping the patients. She was scheduled to get a pain pill at 2pm and here it is 315pm and we cannot seem to find the nurse nor can anyone it seems. I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident My Grandmother is there now.. She had to be placed on a 10 day quarantine due to Covid protocol, so we solely depend on the facility communication, which has been almost impossible. We have had such a hard time getting in touch with a nurse, and the front desk just transfers you to a continuous ring. Every time I have spoken to my Grandmother (on her personal phone) she is sick or shaken up with anxiety. Zero excuses for a facility to be ran this way.

I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident My brother was at manna several months ago. He was very ill, myself living 2 hrs away, usually visited him twice weekly. One night I had a feeling, I should talk to him, so I called and asked them to take a phone to his room, I called 3 times, 3 times they hung up on me, with out getting a phone to him.
