Our 10 year old daughter had a sick hamster that she set an alarm to wake her all through the night to check in and keep warm, and MAC fit us in on the weekend treating her hamster with the same respect as if we had a sick puppy. The hamster did pass and the way they handled it was with the same respect, like I said as if our puppy had just passed. RecommendedPositive: Professionalism We had to let our sweet Sashi go this past weekend. Dr Nelson’s staff sweetly carried our lame German Sheppard into the clinic and let us all say goodbye. When she passed the Dr sat with us and cried herself. These people truly care and gave me comfort on what was a horrible day. Thank you for your kindness.

RecommendedThe staff was very helpful when we brought our kitten in to see them. They were very prompt with sending out one of the technicians to get our pet and ask a few more questions. The veterinarian called us personal to explain all that was going on. It is different with this pandemic happening in 2020 but they made the visit very easy!
