I had a new hygienist who was wonderful. Getting my teeth cleaned is definitely NOT my favorite thing but she made it pleasant. After leaving the office I had a problem with a loose veneer. I immediately called the office and they were able to fit me in to have it fixed that evening. Everyone at Maple Park is professional and friendly, including the new Office Manager, Donna. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for quality and excellent customer service.

The visit was for a regular cleaning and checkup but could apply as well to every visit with Maple Park for the past 10+ years. This included a thorough review of past work, an update on current conditions and clear expectation of what to expect going forward. Every part of the Maple Park office, the expert dental care, friendly and professional staff, thorough and efficient processes, to the beautiful facility are by far the best my family has experienced.
I went for a regular checkup and cleaning. Appointment started on time. Kristina, my RDH was very friendly and professional and answered any concerns that I had. Dr, Julie was friendly and professional as always. She did a thorough screening and examination and discussed any issues she found.
Been a patient starting in 2014? I think, and ever since I've experienced nothing but professionalism, courteousness, and general niceties. My crazy work schedule oftentimes requires me to cancel/reschedule appointments and the secretarial staff are always cordial and understanding, and very responsive to my needs. I've going to Maple Park for years and they have the greatest, extremely friendly, and highly educated staff working on my teeth. Highly recommend them to everyone.
I arrived for my appointment on time. I had to wait 20 minutes to be seen. There was no one else there but me when I got there. Someone else arrived after me and was seen before me. No explanation for the delays, just an apology when I was taken inside. Everyone is friendly and courteous, but do not appreciate having to wait for so long.
