Excellent, as always!
I've been a patient for several years now n very glad I switched. The staff is awesome!! From the receptionist to the hygienist and dentist there is not a bad thing to say about them. Appointments are always on time and they explain everything that needs to be done so there's no surprises.
Wonderful visit as always. Everyone is friendly from the time you walk in the door until you leave. I always feel like I am getting the best professional care from people that care!!!
The hygienist was great with my kids. She spent a little time with them at the beginning talking and making them feel more comfortable. She explained what she was doing and used words that my kids could relate to. ie - "open your mouth really big like a lion. We are going to use the tickle brush." They both got to pick what character they wanted on their new toothbrush and were rewarded with a coin to use in the prize machine. My children like going to the dentist and always ask when they get to go back!
Went in for my bi-annual cleaning. Friendly, professional and prompt experience - again. I always feel like they are looking out for my health and offering the best solutions for my particular situation. Great people who care.
My teeth cleaning appointment today was pleasant starting with the friendly greeting by Dawn when I entered. Nancy is always very attentive and gentle with the cleaning process while we share updates on our lives and families. The final exam by Dr. Romanelli was painless, but had some news I really didn't want to hear about a need for some additional work being needed which Julie explained in detail.
