Michelle is an excellent dental hygenist. She is very thorough and makes visits to the dentist easier and not something to dread. The renovations at the office are pleasing and comfortable.
had to wait a bit and then my technician was not terrific with taking x-rays. she spent so much time on them that i was not able to get my teeth cleaned resulting in my needing another appointment to come back to get that completed. the dentist was very thorough and attentive. the office is a little old and dingy for my taste.
Most people are not enthused by the thought of going to the dentist's office. I myself, am one of those persons. However, Maplewood does a great job at putting a smile on your face (pun intended.) Staff is always friendly and courteous. Dentists have a great rapport with both clients and staff alike. Would highly recommend to anyone.
As always Martha did a great job cleaning my teeth. She is always very friendly, supportive (I'm a little uncomfortable visiting the Dentist's Office) and professional.The support staff at the front desk are always friendly and efficient.I did have to wait 30 minutes to get in but this is the first time I've ever had to wait more that 10 minutes or so. With the snow storm the night before I understand they may have gotten slightly behind schedule.
I just moved to Lewes this year. I drive by the office everyday so decided to try them since close by. All the staff was very friendly, the waiting room inviting and the treatment rooms bright and airy. Dr Steve was very through in his "welcome" exam and explained the results in a clear, understandable manner. Michelle, the hygenist was friendly and did a great job as well. A positive experience all around! I'll be back in six (6) months.
