I always find the staff at Maplewood very friendly and professional. One gets a sense of team work and dedication from all concerned on every visit. No long waiting times, convenient parking, and easy in and out are also appreciated. The fact that the place is always so busy tells me that I am not alone in my assessment. My only negative comment would be that you do not handle insurance claims directly. That would be a real plus for you fixed income retired clients.
You never have to wait. As soon as you give your name to the nurse you are called fot the appointment.
My wife and I drive by Maplewood frequently. The parking is always full. We took that as a goodindication of a busy practice. Very satisfied with the offices, the greeting in the front, courtesy and professionalism all around. Everyones experience is quite evident.
Super cleaning that always brings a smile to myself and others. Enjoyed meeting the new addition to the staff as he checked out my mouth. See you in six months.
I was so appreciative of the treatment I received. Although I was a new patient, I felt as if I had been coming to the office for years. My crown was back in my mouth and I was on my way in no time. Every one I met was professional but also nice and friendly. I intend to make them my dentist in Delaware.
