For the first time yesterday, I waited almost half an hour for my appointment. I was nervous because I had another appointment and didn't want to have to cancel either appointment. Once I was seen, my experience was excellent - as it has been every time I've been there. People were extremely apologetic for being late and I totally understood - was just surprised because I have never waited even five minutes before to be seen. Appointment started on time, Dr. Steve knows my history (being a red head) and made sure I was comfortable and pain free. I had an old filling that was leaking. He drilled out the old filling, drilled out the new decay and refilled the tooth. If there is such a thing as a good trip to the dentist, this was it.

My experience was great. Called for an emergency appt. in the morning and they were able to see me in the afternoon. Luckily there was a cancellation and they called me to come earlier and I was in and out without waiting.

Excellent cleaning very thorough and pleasant experience. I would have preferred knowing which doc would be doing the evaluation I was assigned to the hygenist I prefer but I have never seen doc that did evaluation.
