Pietro is amazing, very helpful, love coming to him. Thanks Pietro Was just disappointed with the other service area that deals with getting a rental car, cause loner cars never available,I should be getting a BMW for a rental not a different brand, and the wait is frustrating.

I had a problem with one of the tires on my brand new X1 ...Sandro was very helpful and managed to order and replace the new tire ASAP.
Pietro is always so polite and professional to work with. He’s helpful and easy to communicate with, he does not suggest any "extra" required services. Overall excellent service from him.
