Had the dreaded check engine light and drive train malfunction lights on. I was able to schedule an appointment the very next morning!! I was greeted and taken care of by Peter in Service. Due to the nature of the repair we had to get approval from the extended warranty provider. Peter kept me abreast of the latest developments and obtained a rental for me. They did a great job in fixing the vehicle and they took care of the rental. I will definitely go back to Maranello for servicing.
Excellent service. As soon as I walked in I was satisfied with what I have purchased. It was always my dream to drive a BMW and I am absolutely in love with my BMW. Staff members were very helpful and friendly they found me the exactly the perfect car what I was looking for.
We were treated with respect and a sense of caring. The staff we dealt with were knowledgeable and answered our questions in a manner that we could understand.

Pietro is amazing, very helpful, love coming to him. Thanks Pietro Was just disappointed with the other service area that deals with getting a rental car, cause loner cars never available,I should be getting a BMW for a rental not a different brand, and the wait is frustrating.
