Great experience, great service! I purchased my BMW and Walter the sales manager took excellent care of my order (AT LEAST FOR ME) He is very reliable and the experience was amazing! I work in sales myself and deal with unprofessional customers that don't understand and have nothing better to do but insult others.
Only reason I keep coming is because of Pietro. He’s awesome. Sense of honesty and takes his time dealing with you. Very patient.

Walter(Sales manager) is not a reliable person atleast for me. He simply backstep from his words as soon I gave my booking amount ($5K). The whole conversation was in front of sales representative(Mike), but I was not expecting this behaviour from a manager, who can say you can cancel the deal but he cannot clear this misunderstanding with the customer.
