The dealership phoned me before the appointment because they were unable to get the tires from storage due to employee shutdowns at the storage facility and then called me to rebook the appointment when the tires were retrieved. "Excellent safe and secure" Surprised to see that even on a busy morning, the staff were still brother cordious and efficient at least on the surface from what I can see. As I walked in for my appointment they dealt with please and started the work after signing my order. Yes of course these are dealership prices but it's not too bad.
