This place stands out as exceptional. The quality of the buildings, furnishings, food, care and staff are top notch. It’s cost prohibiting for most people but if you can afford to be there, you will undoubtedly be well cared for.

Adam Ruggeri was very welcoming. He was extremely articulate in his descriptions of the many facets of the Maravilla Scottsdale community. The tour schedule of the Casita model and two vacant Casitas, which were examples of the three different floor plans, was greatly appreciated. Adam's extensive experience was apparent and appreciated. His overall demeanor made us feel very comfortable. We look forward to a second visit.
