These guys were excellent. I had an emergency and even though i wasn't a patient they got me in right away. Excellent service. Made me feel comfortable and took all the time i needed to explain the situation. They seriously love the animals. Needless to say they are our new vet. Dr. prescott and michelle were amazing. Thank you to the entire team for all your help.
I was not a client but they were able to fit my puppy in for an Emergancy visit right away. They staff were all very caring and knowledgeable. They made me feel as if I was a long time client. Dr Springer was thorough and went over all X-rays in detail with me and put my mind at ease. I will be changing my dogs over to them for future care. Thank you again to all the staff for a job well done!
I have been going to Marbletown Animal Hospital for about 4yrs now. Every time I've gone there, the staff has always been super friendly and helpful, and extremely compassionate, loving, and attentive to my fur babies. They understand that money can be tight sometimes, so they try everything in their power to make sure my cats get the care they need without sucking every penny from me. A very efficient and conscientious vet practice. Our puppy had a 'trick knee' and both vets we saw diagnosed it and advised us cautiously about steps to take. Dr. Prescott was so gentle examining him, but wanted to get the clearest diagnosis and found an unusual aspect to what was going on. I feel very trustful.
Amazing. My first visit. Vet & techs were so helpful. They really made my scared puppy feel comforted. They were very thorough. Discussed findings and treatment options in great detail. Even summarized at end of visit. Discussed fees before any treatment so I was well informed. Was able to provide RX right on site. Very, very clean and professional. Excited I found a new vet that scores a 10 on ALL levels. 🙂🐶💕
