Marc was very down to earth, informative, attentive, and patient. He made this a very smooth experience for us as first time buyers. Very open communication and answered any questions we had in a timely manner. We would recommend him to all our friends.
Marc did a fantastic job for us. My husband and I are first time homebuyers and Marc patiently explained every step of the process to us. He was always available to speak with us. We felt comfortable knowing that Marc was doing everything in our best interest- lowest rates, best type of loan for our situation, etc.. He also sent frequent emails indicating paperwork that he received and that which he still needed. We always felt in the loop and he truly made this difficult process seem simple!
Marc completed our initial mortgage a little over a year ago, and helped us again this year with a refi. Marc was wonderful to work with as we navigated a difficult loan application last year, and was wonderful again this year as we refinanced into a conventional mortgage. Having Marc assist us in navigating our first home purchase was the best. He explains things in a way that makes it easy to understand, never made us feel bad for asking questions, and was truly always available. He is reliable, thorough, and he is not the type you need to chase to follow through. Everything was done exactly when he said and we are truly grateful for his experience and overall support in this process. We ended up closing early because he and his team are that efficient.
