Had a colonoscopy of 5/24/21. Today is 8/9/21. Have called at least 3 times asking where results were. Only given the run-around each time. I see this office has done the same to others. This is unacceptable!
My mother had a procedure done on Dec.17 and it is Feb.5 and we have still not received the results. She has of course been billed and paid for the services. We have called several times to inquire about the results and have been given different excuses: doctor was on rounds at hospital, out for Christmas, results had’nt been read yet, results will come in the mail. NOT AT ALL ACCEPTABLE!
I have been waiting for NINE WEEKS to get results from my procedure (including biopsy) from Dr Rosenberg's office. I have left several messages and have received various excuses for the delay. I called this morning to talk to the office manager, but as of this afternoon have received no reply. I finally called to schedule an appointment with Dr. Rosenberg, to see if I could get my results that way. No stars! They did a biopsy and an ultrasound. I am still in pain for the last six weeks with no response from the doctor. Ironic, their voice message system says not to leave duplicate messages yet I never received an answer from them. This is in comprehensible and rude. Last I heard from them they said they would mail me the results! Really? Is that so they can buy another week’s time? It’s already been six weeks now I am neither cured or releaved Of any of my sickness. Not recommend ever

Waited for this dr for 30 minutes in the examining room while hearing everyone's diagnosis in neighboring rooms. A curtain would offer the same amount of privacy. Needed a simple procedure but he would not listen to my wishes for simple/inexpensive, only option he would offer was a full colonoscopy which my insurance would not cover. Received a bill for over $500 for 5 minutes of this dr precious time, who would not listen to my needs or concerns.

Dr. Rosenberg keeps sending me to have expensive tests, and doesn't get back with you for weeks. He then had his assistant Barbara call you to come in to wait in the waiting room for 30min to finally come into the examining room to wait another 40 to 45 min. He then comes in for 5 min to tell you to have more tests. It's been a month now since still waiting. This is the worse doctor ever. They also called me took have tests I already had, meaning they didn't lookin at my chart.
Took him almost a month to get back with me on blood work. Blood work that came back almost 4 times over the normal range. Then calls me saying it is urgent to have a colonoscopy *note he had said he would do both an endoscopy and colonoscopy at the same time but failed to do so. Of course my colonoscopy came back normal, but yet I am still in pain seeing how most of the issues are in my stomach/abdomen region. His bedside manners were absolutely horrible. Worse experience ever!!
