I would not only recommend Guaranteed Rate, but Marc Datnow specifically. I would do so for a few reasons, first being the fact that I opted to do my refinance through Marc because he is the one person who's gone above and beyond to stay in touch and me appraised exactly what was going on in the market and making sure I was ready when the time was right. Second, I have to say, I think this is the fast refi process I have ever experienced.
