Due to the current situation with Covid all companies have to be extremely careful approving mortgages. Be prepared and gather all banking, credit card and bills of all sorts before the process starts. There are multiple hoops to jump though so understand that when you think they asked for everything there will always be more. The process is stressful at times but if you keep your eye on the prize it will all be worth it.
