These buyers submitted an offer in a multiple offer situation and said they were not a Hubbard. Did not need to sell to buy. I requested permission to confirm with you they were not a Hubbard which was not provided. To learn they switched from conventional mortgage to FHA, one of the buyer's is removed and I ask again is there a problem or change I should be aware of "no my clients wanted a lower rate" to later learn they are a Hubbard. We really only met with this dude once and through a couple of emails. Some of which we had to reiterate our wishes more than once to get him to do what we asked. Also, would it hurt the guy to contact us after the closing to give a courtesy follow up to see how things went. I'm sure his cut was enough to warrant that.

Everything took far too long. There was little to no communication. The lawyer called us at 12:15 on a Friday to confirm the 1:30 meeting we had to sign the paperwork, only we didn't know because no one had talked to us about it.
