I was a client of Marc Whitehead and Associates, they handled three cases for my wife and me. He handled a social security disability claim and a insurance company denial for me and they represented my wife with a insurance company denial. They were very successful with all three claims. He and his staff Friendly, Personal and Professional.
Mr. Whitehead and his Paralegal Melanie Donaldson were very professional at all times. So many times Insurance companies deny claims with the hope that the claimant will just lay back and take it. Enough is enough! It is time that these multi million dollar companies pay up! Marc Whitehead and Associates made sure that they did. Erisa claims are vey difficult claims to settle, but Mr. Whitehead and Assoc. and there knowledge of these types of claims came through for me. I would surely recommend them.

My disability claim was denied by the VA and several disability attorneys I contacted were not interested. Marc Whitehead s firm took the time to evaluate the case and accepted it. Later on the attorney met me at the VA regional office to appeal my case and I left the building as Service Connected . I strongly feel the VA would have given me the run around if I did not have an attorney well versed in VA matters. I highly recommend any Veteran who had a denied claim that was not justified to contact them.
The firm of Marc Whitehead & Associates with the aid of Theresa Foster did their normal job of getting the needed information from the different places and holding to the time-table reguired by the SSI. On top of the business end of the job, Theresa kept me up to date and informed of the long process as well as help keep my spirit up. I would recommend them to anyone needed this type of help.
