For the most part every thing went smooth, up to closing, small bobble, at closing, were informed at the last minute , the Mortgage company required the last half of the year of existing Home Owners Insurance be paid in full.So due to a mis-understanding with the "HO" agent we had been dropped early and had to pay out of pocket for a month, only to find out about the above
Marcie was rad and crushed everything! Why anyone would buy a house without her in their corner is crazy!
