Does a great job, and genuinely interested in her patients.
Dr Howard spent time talking to my son and listening to how he felt. Even though he is only seven, it made a huge difference that she talked WITH him and not just at him. Her diagnosis was dead-on and her new office is great. Wouldn't go anywhere else.
Dr was very professional and yet approachable. Spent time talking to my son and listening to what was really going on. Changed his medicine and he is doing so much better. So happy we found her - her whole office is great!!!
Dr Howard is great. She all ways answers my question and listens to my son's feeling and opinions. Very helpful. Go's out of her way to help. Returns phone calls even when she is on Vacation. She will hold you accountable for the care of your child. (meds and weight) Dresses casual but classy. Staff is all ways nice. Dr Marcy has done a great job with my son. Maybe the Dr should be the one to run the office not the staff!
Wife brought my son in first thing for an emergency visit, he was throwing up and had diarrhea. He is two, we were worried about dehydration and so forth. Jill told her to come back in 2.5 hours (we live 35 mins away) or take him to a hospital (which we did) 5 hours after he was discharged, he sounded like he was having breathing issues (the hospital said to see his doctor the next day and watch out for pneumonia) we called his doctor and made an appointment for the same day. My son had jaundice and she didn't treat it in time. Kept telling me he was fine put him in the sun. He stopped breathing she still refused to say he had it. She said he had acid relex. Finally she gave in gave me a script to get his blood work. I rushed him over to the hosoital we didnt wait for the results took him into the ER where they said he was dying. He now has brain damage. She should be shut down!!!
They have called to reschedule every single appointment I have made. Staff does not look professional. Have overheard DR. Marcy yelling at a parent and a child. Doesn't accept checks, credit or debit. I never carry cash BIG inconvience! Dr looks messy and talks about personal problems in front of patients. Doesn't remember who I am. Doesn't listen to my concerns!
